Piezoelectric quartz detector is a gas chromatographic detector made of piezoelectric quartz crystal. Piezoelectric quartz crystals are capacitive elements of standard frequency generators coated with adsorbents  organic (non-mechanical) materials. When the sample component passes through with the carrier gas, it is adsorbed  dissolved by the surface coating, causing the quartz crystal oscillation frequency change  output signal. The sensitivity of the detector is directly proportional to the molecular weight of the sample component adsorbed  dissolved. The sensitivity of 9MHz crystal is about 500Hz/μg, which can determine the component content of PPM - PPB grade. In general, with the same coating, the frequency changes caused by different compounds can be very different, so the detector is very selective. In addition, the structure is simple, suitable for portable instrument for field  field pollution analysis.

Identification of quartz stone standards:

The standard of quartz stone is still a blank in the domestic stone industry at present,  all testing institutions can only refer to the standard of natural stone for testing, so the indicators of quartz stone are more than the standard of natural stone. The international standard for this aspect is still the ASTM standard of the United States. According to the foreign quartz stone test, we listed some of the following technical indicators of quartz stone, as a quartz stone identification standard:

1. Hardness: The mohs hardness of the surface is 7. The simple detection method is to observe the condition of the failure point by squeezing the metal tip, without scratching.

2. Density: 2.37-2.5

3, high temperature resistance: can withstand 300℃. Use a stainless steel cup filled with boiling water on the counter for 30 minutes.  with a burning cigarette on the quartz stone, do  change color.

4, pollution resistance: with soy sauce, vinegar, coffee drops on the quartz stone, 24 hours later with detergent water wipe, observation does  change color.

5, environmental protection: can provide the authority of the green environmental protection certification testing.

6, fire resistance: with 10㎜ x 30㎜ quartz stone thin on the fire can  burn.
